“We woke up to one of the most beautiful mornings we have ever seen. Blue skies and the sun shining on Lake Como. Villa Monastero in Varenna was the an amazing location within walking distance for all of our guests. The bride was pampered and prepared in our villa while the groom was getting ready in a separate villa. These moments were captured beautifully by the photographers. The venue was perfect as the birds were singing their hearts out and the fresh blooming flowers filled the air with an unforgettable freshness. The harpist was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect for the most beautiful bride I have ever seen to walk down the aisle. The ceremony was beautifully orchestrated by our close friend Giovanni. The crowd started to gather and you could feel the excitement as everyone walking by was drawn to the magic that was taking place. After the ceremony we were able to use the absolutely stunning botanical gardens for our beautiful wedding photos. These will be cherished for the rest of our lives. The icing on the cake was the “just married “ boat ride on Lake Como complete with drone footage and beautiful music. Upon returning to the shore we were greeted and showered with congratulations from total strangers as we walked through the old town of Varenna to capture a few more spectacular moments. It was all so beautifully done”
